TidalRush is a free browser game in which you guide a seal through rocky sea arch formations. This policy describes what we collect when the tide brings you in to play.

Our data practices are as clean as a coastal breeze. We may receive:

- Your personal best arch count, recorded only in your browser's local storage and never transmitted to any server or third party.
- Anonymous, non-identifiable session statistics used only to understand how many players enjoy the game.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use any technical data exclusively to keep the tides flowing, patch barnacles (fix bugs), and gauge general play patterns. We never use it to run advertising, construct user profiles, or sell information to outside parties.
3. Local Storage and Cookies
Your record swim is stored in your own browser's local storage. Clear your browser data and the record washes away permanently — there is no server copy.
4. Third-Party Services
TidalRush loads display fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser sends Google a standard HTTP request to fetch those fonts. No other external or third-party services are used in this game.
5. Children's Privacy
TidalRush contains no violent imagery, no gambling of any kind, and no in-app purchases. When the seal reaches a rock arch it simply glides to a halt. Suitable for all ages; we do not knowingly gather information from users under 13.
6. Data Retention
Any server-side log files are retained only as long as necessary for operational purposes and are subsequently deleted. Gameplay data stored locally on your device persists only according to your own browser settings.
